WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU WITNEY

I'm having a breaskfast when i saw the news that the pop music queen has passed away. She will be truly missed   in the world of music industry,  the songs she made popular will be aired in an anthologized means as an applause for all her deeds.  Her powerful voice will never be duplicated, there will be only one Witney Houston though, her songs became the best choice of those singer wannabies belting out in contests everywhere.

She maybe out in real but will still be with us by her music and will carry forward to affect people around the world. We will always love you. Rest in peace.

KNITTING PROJECT

My mind is into knitting recently, how would i do that when even a basic step to shape up a scarf haven't occupies my knowledge. But i am chapint at the bit knack of  at this time,  because living in a country with  a Jack frost  fueled much of me to engage on this thing.

Before the cold sizzles i had my pre winter shopping to get me ready for it, and i found out that a not so nice scarf cost a lot of penny, though, its very simple piece to wear. I always go for a wool winter must have bcause this kind of fabric really warms body during cold winter times.

I have realized from checking out the prices of a simple scarf that i can do such things on my own, besides, i can even make maybe designs i fancy. So i tuned to youtube for a basic knitting steps.

As i continue my day by day run through, i am planning to make this to protect my head.

And this to cover my neck area, i am scarf addict so i am positive to knit more with varieties of colors that will also go great with what i wear.

ROMAN RUINS

I had a long  holiday vacation at this time  and it's really a perfect timing to visit the ruins which i long to do since i  work here. But due to the demands of my job, i never got a chance to go north west to catch a glance of this ruins. Very happy to have touched the stones and imagined the life during the roman times :)

I travelled almost two hours by train and when i arrived at the hotel, that's the time i realized my passport was not with me. So i waited an hour more to someone in the apartment to send me my entry number which is very important when you check in a hotel.

Since it was almost two in the afternoon, so i decided to rent a taxi to go to the ruins, not even had the time to change clothes. I am really exited so i just put on my ankle sock and off i went.

SUN BATHING

Brrr...Brrr...It's my second winter encounter now and i think i got used to it already. The photo was taken last year during winter season on the same month. Way back home i don't usually go under the sun, if i need to  it never be longer than 15 minutes because i was so scared to get darker. I am patronizing whitening products like creams and soaps because i want to become more fair-skinned.

So ironic that where i am now requires me to get those sun rays especially during winter. I have realized the importance of the heat of the sun in some other ways. As long as i can get the sun, im on it. If not i'll be so frozen.

SICK POTATO

Was peeling potatoes for lunch today. Among the potatoes i have peeled for my year of living here, this kind of potato is my favorite because it has smooth skin so it's easy to peel but wait, there's more here, ahhh there's a free worm.

What happened to this potato?

EARNING FRIENDS

I still had the strong backlash of the overnight cold. My body is still in a bleak even i am well covered.  Since i have started writing there's a part of it that i can't just ditch out. No wonder...i am lovin' it....i'm crazy. I love to read people thoughts and it makes me entertained. I stayed so late that i could hear a neighbor's trips to bathroom and even counted it. I am such a night owl now but i have no regrets. I'm feeding my mind and i radically nurturing my soul especially when i get to read those writings with spiritual twists that makes me more snared. And right now what am i doing...finding myself at the corner of the room with only the computer light in front of me. Once in a while i go to the kitchen to dig up some munchies and check on the road from the window. All is wet still.

One thing i fleetly profited about publishing....not the money but i began to get friends everywhere, the best of it is that people has been much forthcoming on my writs in this form.

20 MILLION

I'm a bit emo at the moment...it's raining outside and so windy. I am browsing my photos and this photo of the tree interests me to post this song by my favorite local  band named River Maya.

20 million diamonds crown the sky tonight
Silence for two lovers’ everything
They tell me whispering’s a virtue, and holding hands’ their game
‘This cold, it’s cold

And as I watch the candle (burn/turn) this night (away/to day)
My life collects another yesterday...

lennimirisola photo

Alone in the darkness, I am waiting for the one
While lovers wait for the sun, lay I Waiting for the one.

Stalk the streets do lovers in this town tonight
20 million heartbeats holding hands
For them, it’s darkness that’s most precious,
but tell me who can I embrace?
The cold? That's there no one to hold...

Who’ll light the darkness with her name,
heal this blackout pain

BABY IS COMING

This month my boss will give to birth to a baby boy... her second child. I can imagine now how would it be having two birds under my wings when their parents will not be around to work. But the girl is already one year and five months...though she's so energetic now and loves to touch everything as part of her learning process and exploration, i will have to stretch my flexibility for taking care of them both. The second one will only stays in bed like sleep-bottle-diaper routine so i am confident that i will be able to keep my handling ability.

Here in morocco, having a baby is a much anticipated event, since i am in a quite long time of working in this family, i have gone visited several boss' friends who gave birth and i have seen one of  moroccan traditions even right in the clinic/hospital. It's the very first time i saw how they really welcome a baby and what they do to prepare for this exciting day.

Inside the clinic/hospital room where the mother is in recovery, there is one corner where you can see more than three displays of DRAGEE, picture a mother laying in the bed and next to her is the group of colorful chocolates coated candies in oval shapes, round and buttons, plus mini toys and other cute small items. Right now we have just finished some additional dragee...

These are the last nougat left from the first batch of packing.

My boss bought these transparent mini clear bags from a party needs store, to make the bags more fancy she added a flower details in mint green and white and put dried colorful wood scrapes in it.

A common treat, these are butter nut. She prefered it to be like this than enclosing it with an item. The round beads in the middle is also edible, it's like candy.

I will post more when the baby comes out because i am sure there will be lots of itsy bitsy stuffs that will be displayed in the room and that's what i am waiting for.

SEEKER

I always have the time that me and my shadow in the room or just away from a crowd to resonate and do check my mobile's saved messages. I have this short message from a friend and i didn't delete it because it reminds me always that things will come along in the right time.

There are so much in the world that a man could zest with  to satisfy his mundanely needs...all the tangible substances make a man pleased. Admit it...though not all of it is posible to buy off. Until an inner happiness get to sealed your soul...these wanted tangible elements became just a part of the full-length image of existence.

Within the reach as we could, there is nothing seems to be wrong about wanting something that we really flare-up as long as it will not in any condition dish out an adverse fallout to others. Supposing that you really desire of something for your self or for the next...and that object seems to be out even more like a pie in the sky, you should never feel abandoned....just believe in HIM.

As what i have spelled out, this sms from a friend nourishes my doubts and filled me light at end of tunnel that the pieces i ever want will be given to me like a leaf fell in front of me perceptibly. The BIBLE is really alive candid words of GOD's promises.

I believe HIM...The power of His words always come out on top.

ALL SET FOR EID

It's my second Eid celebration here in Morocco and right now i can say that everything is already set for monday. Banners, tv programs and advertisements are all out for this festival and sheep sales are everywhere as each of the family brought one or two. I took detailed photos of last year Eid but i was advised not to put everything in public especially the bloody killings of the sheeps. So i just sorted out everything and post only these :

                                                                     Sheeps skin collector

The King of Morocco arrives during the Eid celebration 2011

My high-tailed anticipation on monday is waiting and since i am living with the muslim family, i will gonna see a new Eid celebration this year. :)

FURPECT PET

          dog's paw

My family has a a genuine love for dogs. I can't remember how many dogs we had from the past, way back when i was young. We used to own furry dogs before we named him magic and bubbles. They're were very sweet and trainable like you just do some dog tricks and they can follow.

Magic is a male black japanese spitz and bubbles is a female white with some black spots on her back and face.   They have uncommon attitude towards stranger but they're both love to be caressed and they're so playful. We loved them so much that there were times that we sleep with bubbles beside us on the bed. She's so quiet, she loves being hugged and carried everywhere. One thing i remember was you just tap up your lap and she will jump off on it and stay for as long as you keep seated. She even sings with our wall clock every hour reminder tone. Magic was one tough playful arf arf, he enjoys running around the house like he never stop roaming and snip everywhere like hunting for something. He pulled strongly his chain when you walk  with him out, he's crazy sometimes.

Having furry dogs is a high maintenance deed. each time they move you'll see the traces of the fur everywhere.    My mom gives them a bath three times a week to keep them huggable all the time and to prevent their fur from sticking up together. My mom trims the fur on their eye area, buys powder to get rid of pleas and cut their nails. They should always stay on glooming do's such as exercise, health and training (though, we never did proper one).

Dogs are only one of the many possible stress busters that later became part of the family who enjoys with them because the bonding develops in each day.

WALL FASHION

This music clip gave me much and enough desire for wall coverings. Oh la la! since i saw this video almost everyday in the music top chart program, i'm all eyes on it not because of the song score but the colorful and stylish variance of WALLPAPER at the background.

So then my left hemisphere has been on the process on what could be the best cover for the wall. I will be having a color frame-up for the living room and bedroom. I am still visualizing if i go basic or opt for the ones with designs on it.

The living room is the pearl part of the house since you recieve guest here and its the first spot of the house from the main door, this place is always a gathering area so it should be adaptable and the color must be well chosen to blend with the moods, so i would stick up a cover in yellow shades like the following:

Or i go to shades of orange...its lively and dispense a positive whim which creates an exultant backdrop. I have jot down this color as one of the best. Hmmmmm.

For the bedroom, i prefer it very passionate...and i can't think of  any other color than red. I love crimson red. This tint will add lots of love antics to the couple's intimate lair.

OMELETTE SAVES

It was too late to make a full dinner as we arrived late from malling tour. Our moods were at the edge of the burning firework. My stomach was giving me signal of its emptyness. I was digging up the fridge of what could be the fastest food to cook and soon as i opened it,  my eyes have hit the eggs. No time to waste tak! tak! tak!

Omelette with mushroom saves the hunger of three people. Omelette saves us and left us with a big burrrrrrppp...
